Pro fills Easy Apply forms from your saved details in your own browser and stops for you to review. It never answers a screening question it cannot know, and auto-submit only fires when nothing had to be guessed.
LinkedIn Easy Apply automation means software that fills in and submits Easy Apply job applications for you. The bots that do this blindly — answering "yes" to every screening question and firing off hundreds of applications a night — get accounts restricted and get candidates rejected for answers they never gave. LiHelper's Easy Apply assist is deliberately narrower: it pre-fills each form from the details you saved, in your own browser, when you click, and stops at the review step. It never guesses. If a required question needs a judgement only you can make, it leaves the field empty and hands the form back to you. What Easy Apply assist does
On a job page with Easy Apply, one click in the extension popup walks the application wizard for you. Each step's fields are read and sent to the LiHelper server, which returns values only for fields it can fill honestly from your stored profile — name, email, phone, location — plus an AI-written free-text intro when the form has an open-ended prompt. The extension types those values, moves to the next step, and repeats. When it reaches the review step it stops so you can read what will be sent, answer the questions it left blank, and submit. The job is then tracked in your applications list with an honest status: applied only if LinkedIn confirmed it, otherwise saved for you to finish.

How an application is filled
- Save your details once. Your contact details and profile live in your LiHelper account; upload a CV and the parser fills them in. These are the only facts the assist will ever type into a form.
- Arm it and set a daily target. Easy Apply assist is off until you turn it on in the web app and choose how many applications a day it may help with. Auto-submit is a separate toggle, off by default.
- Open a job and click "Apply to this job". On a LinkedIn job page with Easy Apply, the LiHelper Connector opens the wizard in your own tab and, step by step, sends the fields it sees to the server.
- The server answers only what it knows. Contact details come from your stored profile; an open-ended "why do you want this role?" box gets an AI-written intro drawn from the job and your profile. Screening questions — yes/no, years of experience, dropdowns — get no answer at all.
- Review and submit yourself. The extension types what the server sent, checks for any required field still empty, and stops at the review step. You read the application, fill the questions it left, and click Submit. Only a submit LinkedIn confirms with "Application sent" is recorded as applied.
Why it never guesses
A screening question is a promise. "Do you have five years of Python?" and "Are you authorised to work in this country?" are answers a recruiter will act on and, later, check. Software cannot know them, and a tool that fills "yes" by default is lying on your behalf. LiHelper's server therefore refuses to answer any yes/no, numeric or dropdown field; it also matches open-ended prompts before contact keywords, so a textarea asking why you want to work on mobile never receives a phone number. Anything left blank is your call. This is slower than a bot, and it is meant to be: applications that are considered get replies, applications that are sprayed get ignored.

Is Easy Apply automation safe?
Safer than a bot, not risk-free, and we would rather say so than sell it. The assist runs inside your own logged-in browser tab through the free LiHelper Connector, only when you click; there is no cloud browser, no stored cookie and no background activity, and the daily target keeps it at a human pace. But acting inside your session may still be inconsistent with LinkedIn's User Agreement, and a restriction is possible. Does LiHelper auto-apply to LinkedIn Easy Apply jobs?
By default, no: it pre-fills the Easy Apply form with your saved details and stops at the review step so you read and submit. There is an explicit auto-submit opt-in, off by default, and even then the extension clicks Submit only when every required field was filled from your stored profile with nothing guessed, and only reports "submitted" after LinkedIn shows "Application sent".

You set a daily apply target when you arm the feature, and the server enforces it as a cap that is debited only on a confirmed submit. Each job is deduplicated so the same posting is never applied to twice, and only one run executes at a time. The limit is there to keep applications considered rather than sprayed; recruiters notice the difference.
Does it write cover letters or fix my résumé?
Pro includes AI cover letters drafted from the job description and your profile, an ATS analyzer that scores your résumé against a posting, and a CV builder that improves wording without altering facts and exports a PDF. All are separate from Easy Apply assist; use them before you apply. Uploaded CVs are scanned for malware and stay in your account. Sensitive details you paste are sent to the AI provider, so do not include anything you would not share with a third party.
