Contact LiHelper support
One email address, read by a person. Here is what to include so we can answer in one reply.
LiHelper support is handled by email. Write to support@lihelper.com for anything to do with your account, billing, the LiHelper Connector Chrome extension, privacy requests or a bug report. We are a small independent team, so there is no ticket bot and no phone line: a person reads every message and replies in the order it arrived. Expect an answer within two business days; billing problems and anything that stops you using the product are looked at first. Pro subscribers get priority support, which means their messages are answered ahead of the queue.
Support email
support@lihelper.comSend it from the address on your LiHelper account where you can — it lets us verify you and act on billing or deletion requests without a second round of email.
Before you write
Most messages we receive are answered by one of these. If yours is, you can save a day.
How do I cancel, or ask for a refund?
You do not need to email us to cancel. Open the Billing page in the app and click "Manage" to reach the Paddle customer portal; cancellation stops all future charges and your paid features stay active until the end of the period. For a refund request, email us within 14 days of the charge with the approximate date, and we review it under the Refund Policy.
The Chrome extension is not syncing. What should I check first?
Make sure you are logged in to LinkedIn in the same Chrome profile, that the extension is linked with a token from Settings, and that you clicked "Sync everything" on a LinkedIn page — the extension never runs in the background. If it still fails, tell us the extension version shown in the popup and which of the six sync steps stopped. The extension page walks through the setup.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can disconnect LinkedIn and delete drafts and posts inside the app at any time. To close the account entirely, email us from the address on your account and we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except records Paddle must keep for tax and accounting. Your rights are listed in the Privacy Policy.
Is my LinkedIn account safe with LiHelper?
LiHelper never asks for your LinkedIn password or session cookie. Posts publish through LinkedIn's official API after you connect with OAuth; analytics, engagement and Easy Apply run in your own browser through the extension, only when you click, within daily caps. The security page explains what runs where, and the FAQ is honest about the risk of in-session automation.
What to include
The more of this your first email has, the more likely we can fix it in one reply.
- Your account email and, for billing questions, the approximate date and amount of the charge as it appears on your statement (Paddle is the name you will see).
- What you were doing — the page in the app, the button you clicked, and what you expected to happen.
- What happened instead, including any error text word for word. A screenshot helps, but please crop out anything private.
- For extension issues: the version shown in the LiHelper Connector popup, whether you installed from the Chrome Web Store or sideloaded, and which sync step stopped.
- For AI drafts: the draft you got and a sentence on how it should have sounded. That feedback shapes the prompts for everyone.
Billing, invoices and refunds
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, so invoices, receipts, VAT and card changes all live in the Paddle customer portal, reached through "Manage" on your Billing page. You can cancel there without emailing anyone. Refund requests do come to us: the Refund Policy explains what qualifies, and approved refunds are issued by Paddle within 5–10 business days. Plan details are on the pricing page.
Privacy and data requests
To access, export, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for the LinkedIn connection, email the support address from your account email with "Privacy request" in the subject. Most of it you can also do yourself inside the app. The Privacy Policy lists what we store, the providers that process it and your rights under GDPR and similar laws.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in the web app, the API or the extension, email the same address with "Security" in the subject and enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against other users' accounts or publish the issue before we have had a chance to fix it. How LiHelper handles credentials, the official API and daily caps is described on the security page.
